This was the simple beginnings of the Rodney Bay Medical Centre. The intent was to provide medical services to the northern part of the island. To blend medical expertise with technology and compassion. The vision continued when we expanded and moved to our current location 10 years ago. Today, I remain grateful for the lessons … for the trials and triumphs. I am honored that so many have entrusted their bodies and lives to us. This field of medicine is so much more than science . There must be an art to it and I remain committed to keeping the heart and soul in the practice of medicine. As Hippocrates said: “Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity.” Today I sit back, and allow the memories to wash over me. I’ve shed tears of gratitude ( and maybe a little sadness too) … but my heart is full. But now it seems that the seals have no hiding place.
