Today in Grand Canaria, the ARC (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers) leaves for Saint Lucia. Here on island, we celebrate this by having a flotilla of boats of all kinds parading from Castries to Rodney Bay! Let’s hope for a great day on the water!!!
